The pattern over twelve years is consistent: families who hire us once tend to call again, refer their neighbors, and write something true about the experience. They were great back then, so when my dad passed and we needed to clear out his apartment (OMG he saved everything), I called to see if they would come down to Bronxville, NY where my dad's apartment was located. They did come down and, once again, did a fabulous job. They were really nice and worked very hard - and were so much more affordable than 1-800-Got-XXXX people! Justin was great to work with to get things set up, and the apartment's management company required a certificate of insurance, which was quickly filled out and returned to me. SJP let me know they were available a day ahead, even sometimes day of and rates were reasonable. They came on time and pick up was just as seamless. They even respond to email and questions you have in a timely manner. Avoid calling all those other junk pickup places and avoid hidden charges. Definitely would recommend and use again.”

  “Spectacular service, even during Covid! First, a human answered their phone immediately and was clear and courteous. How rare these days! I got an appointment for next day! As promised, received a call that crew was on its way. My mother gave me last minute permission to move a fridge, not part of original request. So I had to tell the poor guys upon arrival that there was a surprise fridge move, two in fact, one removed, one moved within house. Crew didn't flinch. Then one fridge move required its doors AND house door to come off, which they achieved with impressive skill. I'm a manager in my work life and can say their professionalism was superb. Also, important for environment, the company claims to recycle materials. A+ on every level.”
