The pattern over twelve years is consistent: families who hire us once tend to call again, refer their neighbors, and write something true about the experience.   “It is rare to have very good customer service these days. I contacted Junk Pros a few times with various questions as it was my first time ordering a dumpster. They were patient, friendly, responsive and accurate in their information. I also found their pricing totally competitive. I would suggest to customers who want to rent to know what they are throwing away. I would have gone for a larger dumpster with greater tonnage. It may have cost more on the back end but I went over by 1,100 pounds.”

  “I was cleaning out my late mother's home and needed to clear it out. The staff was professional and prompt! While we were cleaning we filled up one dumpster and needed a second one. I was able to call them on Friday and by Saturday morning they picked up the full dumpster and dropped off a second one. We were able to meet our deadline and get the house cleaned out. Would definitely recommend their company.”

  “I had used Stamford Junk Pros several times when I lived in nearby Wilton. They were great back then, so when my dad passed and we needed to clear out his apartment (OMG he saved everything), I called to see if they would come down to Bronxville, NY where my dad's apartment was located. They did come down and, once again, did a fabulous job. They were really nice and worked very hard - and were so much more affordable than 1-800-Got-XXXX people! Justin was great to work with to get things set up, and the apartment's management company required a certificate of insurance, which was quickly filled out and returned to me.   “Stamford Junk Pros were an absolute life saver. I was having renovations done and didn't have a confirmed date. SJP let me know they were available a day ahead, even sometimes day of and rates were reasonable. They came on time and pick up was just as seamless. They even respond to email and questions you have in a timely manner. Avoid calling all those other junk pickup places and avoid hidden charges. Definitely would recommend and use again.”

  “GREAT EXPERIENCE. I had to quickly empty a 3600 sq foot home of its 60 years of clutter and cheap furnishings. They came the same day as my inquiry call. Over the course of 3 days, their truck was filled 4 times and the job was done! The different team/crews that came each day were on time, professional, polite, good-natured and worked quickly and efficiently.”

  “Spectacular service, even during Covid! First, a human answered their phone immediately and was clear and courteous. How rare these days! I got an appointment for next day! As promised, received a call that crew was on its way. My mother gave me last minute permission to move a fridge, not part of original request. So I had to tell the poor guys upon arrival that there was a surprise fridge move, two in fact, one removed, one moved within house. Crew didn't flinch. Then one fridge move required its doors AND house door to come off, which they achieved with impressive skill. I'm a manager in my work life and can say their professionalism was superb. Also, important for environment, the company claims to recycle materials. A+ on every level.”

  “What a pleasant surprise to discover Stamford Dumpster Pros! Justin is fantastic. I was working down a googled list of dumpster rental businesses on a Friday evening looking for someone that could deliver early the next day. Most companies did not deliver on Saturday's, and if they did, it was absurdly expensive. My last call was to Justin. Called right back. Was able to deliver the next morning (texting that he was on his way and again when he was close!) at a rate that was simply outstanding! I cannot rate Stamford Dumpster Pros high enough. Junk Pros answered our call late in the evening and they were able to get us a 20 yard dumpster the next day. They were attentive and extremely easy to work with.   “Justin is a very nice guy, and a fair, consummately professional business owner. He arrived within 90 minutes of calling to leave a 20 yard dumpster, complete with ladder and side door for putting in heavy objects that aren't easily thrown over the sides. It was a relatively new, clean dumpster too. And he put that dumpster precisely where we wanted it - we asked him to move it back 5 feet, he did exactly that. Price is eminently fair. Weight limits on both are very fair as well. Justin communicates by phone, text, email, and even Yelp messaging!”
